Where is Care Develops Partnership with Transitional Resource Group, Reentry Associates

Madison, January 15, 2018 -Where is Care is excited to announce its partnership with The Reentry Associates, an organization devoted to helping its clients reenter their communities smoothly and successfully, be it from hospitalization, incarceration, treatment, etc. The Reentry Associates serve to augment the services their clients are receiving by connecting clients with peers who can help match them with the programs, mentoring, coaching, or training each individual may need.

Where is Care will allow more people to reach the unique services that The Reentry Associates provides and allow the organization to grow over time.

“Creating a broad network of diverse services is the answer to the frustrations that families and individuals have been faced with historically when searching for services,” The Reentry Associates CEO Mishelle O’Shaskey notes. “The Reentry Associates received calls regularly for resources from family and individuals that are seeking medical services yet we all struggle to capture what is available and who qualifies for these services. Continued growth of Where is Care to bring it to a statewide connection hub so to speak is what we would love to support.”

Access to Where is Care will allow all the staff and volunteers at The Reentry Associates to search a single, user-friendly site for the individual services their particular clients need.

O’Shaskey added, “We will have Dane County resources at our fingertips and have the ability to navigate with families and individuals searching for community-based services easily and effectively.”
